Since 1994, National Millworks, Inc. has specialized in the receipt and installation of all varieties of store fixtures and millwork. We have helped our client’s open new stores, remodel existing stores and have executed multiple-store retrofit rollout programs. Vendor Management

Some of our services include: confirmation of receipt of vendor purchase orders by store, confirmation of dimensions and product weight per order, consultation with vendor regarding packaging and/or blanket wrap of product in an effort to contain costs, secure shipment of fixtures and reduce potential product damage during shipping. Reporting functions available on a daily, weekly, and or monthly basis. Reporting available on purchase orders received - sorted by store # and Name, build completion by vendor and store, shipment status by vendor and store, exception/issues report by vendor and anticipated resolution.

Logistics Services & Freight Forwarding

Some of our services include: schedule deliveries to coincide with installation schedule in an effort to reduce storage costs, confirmation with distribution facility of all fixtures received, truckload services, less than truckload (LTL) by client approved carriers and scheduled by National Millworks, overnight services, access to national warehouse and distribution centers, fixture storage trailer, pad wrap service, lift gate and forklift service, packaging and shipping of used fixtures to fixture warehouse or store-to-store transfer. Reporting functions available on a daily, weekly, and or monthly basis. Reporting available on overages, shortages and damaged fixtures, shortages due to existing conditions and inventory of used fixtures transferred.

Installation Teams

Some of our services include: inventory and receipt of all fixturing prior to demo of existing, shortages from individual vendor boxes or concealed damages noted and reported upon receipt at store, confirmation of existing site conditions and photographs of fixtures, demolition or removal of old fixtures transfer of old fixturing, installation of new fixturing per schedule and blueprint, disposal of packaging material, disposal of used fixturing, photographs of existing conditions, photographs of completed projects.
Reporting available on missing fixtures, damaged fixtures or over shipments, updates upon completion of each store, photographs of completed projects.

Site Survey

Often times, floor plans and detail plans are not current and do not reflect the actual store. We have the capabilities to survey your stores and give you an actual idea of what the layout and working conditions currently are. This service gives our clients a better overall understanding of a project, and it gives us the ability to bid jobs more accurately. This service includes the following:

     Field Survey - Dimensions of involved area, floor and material layout, wall and material layout, ceiling material and layout, elements with photographs.

     Hand Sketch - Floor plan with dimensions, flooring plan with layouts, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations section of permanent walls, photograph location plan.

     CAD Drafting - Floor plan with dimensions, flooring plan with layouts, reflected ceiling plan interior elevations/section of permanent walls, photograph location plan.
